An information processing device pertaining to one embodiment has: a determination unit for determining, on the basis of the state of connection with each of a plurality of mobile terminals mediated via a first mobile circuit network, whether the use of the first mobile circuit network is appropriate; and a notification unit for notifying, when the use of the first mobile circuit network is determined to be inappropriate, at least one of the mobile terminals from among the mobile terminals connected via the first mobile circuit network about an instruction for switching to a connection mediated via another mobile circuit network. This helps prevent a failure in communication mediated via a mobile circuit network. |
