The invention relates to a device for the imaging of an object to be studied, characterised in that the device combines: a prism (1) made from a material with no losses (non-absorbent) for radiation in the microwave range; a sample holder (3) on a front face (12) of the prism (1) for receiving the object to be studied; and a mobile emitting antenna (2) on a rear face (11) of the prism (1) in order to emit radiation in the microwave range.
