PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of enlarging scenes in which failure of a stroke simulator valve can be detected.SOLUTION: A stroke simulator valve (SSV 27) is disposed on a pressure reduction oil passage (second pressure reduction oil passage 15) positioned on a back pressure oil passage (second simulator oil passage 17) of a stroke simulator 9 and reducing pressure of foil cylinder liquid pressure generated by a liquid pressure source (pump 7) which is other than a master cylinder 5. Based on a state of the foil cylinder liquid pressure with respect to opening/closing instruction of the stroke simulator valve (SSV 27), failure of the stroke simulator valve (SSV 27) is detected. |
