PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated heat exchanger capable of ensuring high mass productivity by applying a brazing filler material for the heat exchanger configured to laminate stainless steel dish-shaped plates only by screen printing and enabling the heat exchanger to be fixed in a furnace by brazing.SOLUTION: An annular protrusion 5 is provided on a bottom of a peripheral wall 1 of each plate 4, a brazing mixture material 6 bonded to the annular protrusion 5, a convex portion 3, and a concave portion 3a by screen printing. The mixture material is molten in a furnace, and the molten brazing material is attracted into portions among the peripheral walls 1 of the plates 4 by a capillary phenomenon to fix the portions by brazing. |
