PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type screen unit capable of displaying an excellent projected image in which a joint is difficult to recognize, and a multiscreen and a back-face projection type display device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A screen unit 10 is used for a multiscreen 100 of a back-face projection type display device 1. The screen unit 10 includes: a transmission type screen 20 having a Fresnel lens sheet 30 and a diffusion optical sheet 40 disposed on a light emitting side; and a joint member 22 and a frame member 23 arranged along an outer peripheral side end surface of the screen 20, positioning the Fresnel lens sheet 30 and the diffusion optical sheet 40 and serving as a holding part holding an outer peripheral end of the holding screen 20. In the diffusion optical sheet 40, at least one of a first light control layer 42 for diffusing light, a second light control layer 43, and a light diffusion layer 44 is unevenly distributed closer to the light-emitting side than a thickness median point M1 in a thickness direction thereof. |
