PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous pigment dispersion composition having excellent dispersibility of a pigment and allowing formation of a coating film exhibiting excellent glossiness, adhesiveness and color density.SOLUTION: The aqueous pigment dispersion composition comprises: an aqueous medium dispersible pigment (A); resin particles (B) prepared by copolymerizing a phosphate (b1) having a (meth)acryloyloxy group at a molecular end, an acrylate (b2) having at least one group selected from an amide group, a morpholine group and an imide group, and a monomer (b3) copolymerizable with the above monomers; and an aqueous medium (C). |
