PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shield arc welding, excellent in welding workability, and wholly excellent in pore resistance, a bead shape and slab peelability, in fillet welding.SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire for gas shield arc welding is formed in a composition including Ti:1.0-4.0 mass%, Si:0.5-2.5 mass%, Zr:0.1-0.6 mass%, Mn:2.0-3.0 mass%, C:0.02-0.10 mass%, S:0.005-0.030 mass%, Bi:0.005-0.040 mass%, Na:0.01-0.20 mass%, K:0.01-0.20 mass%, F:0.01-0.20 mass%, Al:0.05-0.50 mass% and Mg:0.05-0.50 mass% per wire total mass, and satisfying numerical expressions (I)-(III). |
