PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethanol production system which can easily maintain an alcohol in fermentation liquor in a low concentration, and can reduce energy consumption at the time of purifying the alcohol contained in the fermentation liquor in a low concentration.SOLUTION: An ethanol production system includes: a fermentation tank 11 including a fermentation tank body 11a storing fermentation liquor containing gas-assimilating bacteria, and a raw material gas introducing pipe 12 having a raw material gas introducing port 12a which is connected to the fermentation tank body 11a and introduces the raw material gas into the fermentation liquor in the fermentation tank body 11a, the fermentation tank 11 converting the introduced raw material gas into ethanol by a metabolic reaction of the gas-assimilating bacteria to produce ethanol in the fermentation liquor; and a dealcoholization film device 2 having a dealcoholization film which selectively separates ethanol into the permeation side by supplying the fermentation liquor containing ethanol generated by the fermentation tank 11. |
