PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which suppresses a difference between the variation in a bight part potential when the photoreceptor is repeatedly used in a normal temperature and normal humidity environment and the variation in a bright part potential when the photoreceptor is repeatedly used in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the above electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes an undercoat layer which comprises metal oxide particles, a binder resin and an organic acid metal salt having at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of bismuth, zinc, cobalt, iron, nickel and copper. |
