PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing having a textile-resin laminate structure excellent in terms of the adhesiveness of a textile layer to a foundational resin layer and of the impact resistance and frictional abrasion resistance of the surface of the textile layer and capable not only of eradicating the wrinkling and pattern distortion of the textile layer but also of preventing electrification by dissipating static electricity generated as a result of contact or friction, etc.SOLUTION: The provided housing having a textile-resin laminate structure includes: a laminate of a transparent acrylic film layer 2 and an antistatic textile layer 4 mutually adhered via an adhesive resin layer 3; and a foundational resin layer 5 bound to the textile layer 4 while infiltrating gaps of the respective fibers of the textile layer.
