<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a brush whose manufacturing process is simple and manufacturing cost can be reduced, and a brush which uses the method for manufacturing a brush.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a brush includes: a during-machining long body forming step S1 in which a long core material and a long dummy core material are arranged almost parallel to each other to form a during-machining long body; a wire wind step S2 in which a wire spirally winds around the during-machining long body in a longer direction thereof; a heating step S3 in which the core material and the wire are heat-sealed by heating the during-machining long body; and a dummy core material separation step S4 in which the dummy core material is separated from the during-machining long body.</p> |
