A dual-mode liquid crystal display device, a color film substrate, and an array substrate. The display device comprises: a color film substrate (10), an array substrate (20) cell-aligned with the color film substrate (10), and a liquid crystal layer (30) between the color film substrate (10) and the array substrate (20). A pixel region of the array substrate (20) comprises a red sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel, and a white sub-pixel, and a fluorescence layer is provided on a position of the color film substrate (10) or the array substrate (20) corresponding to the white sub-pixel.
