This soft magnetic thermosetting adhesive film is provided with a magnetic layer, and a surface layer stacked upon one surface of the magnetic layer. The magnetic layer is formed from a magnetic composition including an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, a phenolic resin, and soft magnetic particles. The surface layer is formed from a surface-layer composition which includes an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, and a phenolic resin, and which substantially does not include soft magnetic particles.
