<p>Provided is a compensating circuit whereby the precision of compensation for a manufacturing variation can be enhanced. The present invention is provided with: a manufacturing variation detection circuit for detecting a manufacturing variation of a transistor on the basis of a first voltage outputted from an output terminal of a transistor, to an input terminal of which is applied a first current substantially constant with respect to temperature, or on the basis of a second current outputted from an output terminal of a transistor, to an input terminal of which is applied a second voltage substantially constant with respect to temperature; and a voltage generating circuit for generating a supply voltage supplied to an electric circuit on the basis of the manufacturing variation. The first current corresponds to the second voltage substantially constant with respect to temperature, and the first voltage corresponds to the second current substantially constant with respect to temperature.</p> |
