A flexible printed circuit board according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a middle frame; two end frames connected respectively to both longitudinal ends of the middle frame with a space between them; and a connection frame with a moveable part without an overlay, connected between the middle frame and each of the end frames. Also, a fingerprint recognition device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the flexible printed circuit board; a main substrate arranged in the middle frame of the printed circuit board; a fingerprint sensor provided in the main substrate; and a housing for receiving the main substrate and the fingerprint sensor.
