The present invention relates to a foldable solar power generating apparatus, including: a base plate; an expanding part provided on the base plate and expandable to a direction moving away from the base plate; a drive unit to expand the expanding part; and a plurality of solar cell panels, which are installed on the expanding part, generate electricity from incident solar rays, dispersed from each other in such a manner that the solar rays are uniformly radiated on the panels when the expanding part is expanded, and stacked on each other when the expanding part is folded. The foldable solar power generating apparatus according to the present invention stacks the solar cell panels, which are arranged to be dispersed, when moving or reinstalling the solar cell panels, thus reducing the volume so costs and time required for moving or reinstalling work is reduced.
