The present invention relates to a customer notification system device and an operating method therefor and, more specifically, to a customer notification system device, which receives information from banking institutions, and an operating method for the customer notification system device. An embodiment of the invention comprises: a wireless LAN connectable terminal, which is installed on indoor/outdoor areas of a job processing institution and has a unique ID; a user terminal which connects to the wireless local area network (LAN) connectable terminal to acquire the unique ID of the wireless LAN connectable terminal as a unique connection ID, and connects to a web address of a waiting number ticket issuance server allocated to the unique connection ID to request the issuance of a waiting number ticket; and the waiting number ticket issuance server which, when the request for issuance of a waiting number ticket is received from the user terminal, generates and sends the waiting number ticket to the user terminal. |
