PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine disturbance of an object to be monitored.SOLUTION: An image processor 100 relating to this embodiment has an extraction part 131, a classification part 132, and a determination part 133. The extraction part 131 extracts contours of an object to be monitored from image data. The classification part 132 classifies each contour extracted by the extraction part 131 into a plurality of groups on the basis of the direction of each contour. The determination part 133 determines whether the object to be monitored is disturbed on the basis of classification results of the classification part 132. |
