PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover assembly of a new structure capable of realizing superior durability while effectively preventing intrusion of foreign matters by easily assembling a resin dust cover and a rubber upper insulator to each other with sufficient strength.SOLUTION: An upper insulator 16 is provided with a cylindrical portion 40, locking projections 44, 46 are formed in a state of projecting from the cylindrical portion 40 to an outer peripheral side, and extended in the circumferential direction, and a bellows cylindrical portion 18 of a dust cover 14 is formed by blow molding. An engagement cylindrical portion 30 formed by pressing a parison 68 disposed on an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical portion 40 in the upper insulator 16, to an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical portion 40 with a blow molding die, is disposed at an upper side of the bellows cylindrical portion 18, and the engagement cylindrical portion 30 is axially locked to the locking projections 44, 46. |
