PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel indazolyl derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing the derivatives, a method of producing the novel derivatives and applications of the derivatives, e.g. as a medicine for treatment of inflammatory disease conditions.SOLUTION: Compounds of formula (Ia) are provided. Compared with known compounds, the compounds have improved characteristics, including higher selectivity and improved effects and/or crystallinity.
