PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffling device and a combustion device, which can simplify the structure and improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: A combustion device enables generation of combustion gas in a combustion part 5 and has a muffling device 2 which forms a part of an exhaust passage for discharging the combustion gas to the outside. The muffling device 2 comprises a flow passage forming member 8 and a case body 10 housing the flow passage forming member 8. The flow passage forming member 8 comprises a frame 9 formed of two frame pieces 22a, 22b, and a plurality of partition walls 12 which divide a surrounded space of the frame 9 into a plurality flow passages. The partition wall 12 is of a laminate structure with a muffling material 25 sandwiched between plate members 26, 27, and is engaged with engagement parts 23 of the frame 9 to maintain the laminate structure. When the assembled flow passage forming 8 is disposed in a housing space of the case body 10, a part of the exhaust passage partly provided with the plurality of flow passages is formed. |
