PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which outputs content from an output device according to an output instruction transmitted from a terminal, configured to cause the output device to output information as desired by a user even if a communication between the terminal and the output device is interrupted.SOLUTION: A terminal 30 transmits a request to a relay device 40 so as to prepare for an image processing apparatus 20 to output content. The terminal 30 determines whether the preparation has been completed or not on the basis of data acquired from the relay device 40. When completion is determined, an instruction to output the content is transmitted to the image processing apparatus 20. The terminal 30 transmits a standby instruction to the image processing apparatus 20 to stand by for outputting the content until the output instruction is received, before transmitting the output instruction. |
