receiving a request associated with content in a secondary storage unit; incrementing a count of the number of received requests associated with the content; and when the count of the number of received requests associated with the content exceeds a predetermined threshold, transferring the content from the secondary storage unit to a primary storage unit, wherein the primary storage unit has a higher throughput rate than the secondary storage unit. |
