Provided are an image display device and method that reduce storage costs and reduce the amount of calculation when alignment processing of a plurality of radiographs and/or image quality correction processing are performed for comparative interpretation. For each of a plurality of radiographs that contain the same subject and that are not a reference radiograph, a correction amount calculation unit (22) calculates a correction amount for matching the position and/or image quality of a radiograph from among the plurality of radiographs with the position and/or image quality of the reference radiograph. A storage processing unit (28) performs processing for associating the correction amount for each of the radiographs with the reference radiograph and storing the result. |
