PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which includes a chelating agent having excellent biodegradability and which has excellent ejection stability over a prolonged period of time.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink includes a chelating agent represented by the specified general formula (1) and/or the specified formula (2) and water. The ink has a pH (hydrogen ion index) of more than 7 and less than or equal to 10. (In the formulas, R represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group, and X1 to X4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal atom, an alkaline-earth metal atom, or an ammonium group.) |
