摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift mechanism of manual transmission capable of securing strength of a stopper part when a relatively large operation load is inputted.SOLUTION: A first stopper part 1a opposed to fork shafts 7, 8, 9, and 10 and a second stopper part 1b opposed to a shift select shaft 3 are provided on a transmission case 1 of a shift mechanism 100 of a manual transmission. A clearance L1 between the first stopper 1a and the fork shafts 7 to 10 is formed to be smaller than a clearance L2 between the second stopper part 1b and the shift select shafts 3. Rigidity of components (inner lever 6 and shift heads 13, 14, 15, and 16) for transmitting shift operation force which are disposed between the shift select shaft 3 and the fork shafts 7 to 10 is smaller than the rigidity of the first stopper part 1a.
