PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subzero treatment device capable of uniformly cooling an object to be cooled and reducing liquid refrigerant used for cooling the object to be cooled.SOLUTION: There is provided an exhaust member 31 extending into a cooled object installing room 43 from a through-hole 14 arranged at a cooling reservoir 13 constituting the cooled object installing room 43 and having an exhaust port 56. The exhaust port 56 is arranged in a space in the cooled object installing room 43 that is positioned at its upper half segment, and in an exhaust port installing space 59 in which a lateral width of the exhaust port coincides with the maximum width of a suction port 48 in its lateral direction. |
