PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper opening/closing device enabling reduction in pressure loss of fluid flowing in a fluid passage.SOLUTION: A damper opening/closing device 10 includes: an outer cylinder 1; an inner cylinder 2 that is disposed on the inner side of the outer cylinder 1, is movably supported by the outer cylinder 1 and has a fluid passage 7 therein; a damper group 30 comprising a plurality of dampers 3 that are disposed in the fluid passage 7 so as to be openable/closable; and angle control means for controlling inclination angles of the dampers 3 in cooperation with the movement of the inner cylinder 2 with respect to the outer cylinder 1. The plurality of dampers 3 have inner peripheral edges 31b opposing to each other and are swingably supported by the inner cylinder 2, respectively. Oscillation of the damper 3 relative to the inner cylinder 2 changes the inclination angle of the damper 3 to the axial direction of the fluid passage 7, so as to enable adjustment of flowing amount of fluid flowing in the fluid passage. |
