PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use efficiently the exhaust heat which occurs in a kneader in which kneading is carried out intermittently.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat utilization device 2 of a kneader 1 includes a plurality of the kneaders 1, a plurality of branch channels 3 which perform cooling by supplying a coolant to each of the kneaders 1, a compressor 4 which merges the coolant which is heated by flowing through a plurality of the branch channels 3, and compresses the coolant merged, a heat accumulator 5 which makes the coolant which is compressed in the compressor emit the heat while condensing, and accumulates the heat emitted, a storage-heat extraction unit 6 which extracts the heat from the heat accumulator 5, a pressure reducing valve 7 which lowers the pressure of the coolant used for heat accumulation in the heat accumulator 5, and a circulating flow path 8 which re-branches the coolant which is decompressed with the reducing valve 7 to a plurality of the branch channels 3 for supplying, wherein, in a plurality of the branch channels 3, a switching unit is prepared to switch the branch destination of the coolant according to the operation condition of a plurality of the kneaders 1. |
