PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a server for distributing content data.SOLUTION: A content distribution server for distributing the content provided from a content holder, to a terminal device through a network includes the steps of: accepting a notification of attribute information corresponding to a distribution timing of the content desired to be distributed, from the content holder (S201); issuing a permission notification corresponding to the accepted attribute information to transmit to the content holder (S202); receiving the content to which meta information including a distribution timing is added, from the content holder after the permission notification is issued (S203); and performing arrangement so as to distribute the received content to the terminal device according to the distribution timing in the meta information added to the content (S205, S206). |
