<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hydraulic damper which prevents the suction of gas even if a variation is generated on an oil face of working oil by being moved and elongated/contracted in left and right directions by an abrupt earthquake, and can exhibit a desired attenuation effect as a seismic isolation damper.SOLUTION: Suction ports 13b, 13c are arranged below an axial core position of an inner cylinder 3; a regulation plate 31 is attached to the outside of the inner cylinder 3 over the middle part on the other end side of the inner cylinder 3 from an upper position of the suction ports 13b, 13c; and working oil O is sucked into the suction ports 13b, 13c through a lower side of the regulation plate 31.</p> |
