<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further deploy a joint coupling part of a squirrel cage rotor.SOLUTION: The squirrel cage rotor, in particular for use in an asynchronous machine, comprises a shaft, a rotor metal plate stack with cage bars arranged inside, and a plurality of short-circuiting rings. At least a part of the short-circuiting rings is formed from a disk laminate, the disk laminate is formed from a plurality of disks including a plurality of recesses in layers, and through the disks, an end portion of the cage bar is passed from the rotor metal plate stack. The disk of the short-circuiting ring includes at least one chamfered portion or step portion radially directed inward from a jacket surface as an end face side to the outer circumference. Neighboring disks form one groove in the disk laminate from the chamfered portions or the step portions and within the groove, a joint coupling part is present at least partially.</p> |
