<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill chuck in which bored scraps in the drill chuck can be effectively discharged outside through a scrap discharge opening 14 provided in a closing stop plate 12.SOLUTION: In a drill chuck, a scrap sending-out surface (11), which extends obliquely and forwards from a rear end of an outward-looking toothed part (7), is provided at ends of plural fastening jaws (6) on a closing stop plate (12) side. Further, scrap discharge openings (14) are respectively assigned and disposed on the scrap sending-out surface (11) at the rear ends of the plural fastening jaws (6) so as to discharge bored scraps. A scrap sending-out route (17) is formed between the scrap sending-out surface (11) and an inner surface (undersurface) of the closing stop plate (12) having a contour (16) corresponding to the scrap sending-out surface (11), and bored scraps are sent-out by a centrifugal force during boring.</p> |
