PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochromic sheet, light transmittance of which is changed by application of voltage, and which has low solubility in organic solvents hardly causing peeling from a conductive film.SOLUTION: An electrochromic sheet contains aπ-electron conjugated polymer having a unit structure represented by the specified general formula (I). (Rto Reach independently represent hydrogen, halogen or a C1-20 organic group, X represents a divalent thiophene oxide that may have a substituent, a C4-8 conjugated diene that may have a substituent, or a phosphole that may have a substituent, and n represents an integer.)
