PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a resin composite material which contains a dispersant grafted to an inorganic filler and achieves a sufficient reinforcing effect in a small amount of the dispersant.SOLUTION: A method of producing a resin composite material comprising a matrix resin and an inorganic filler dispersed in the matrix resin includes a step of stirring a dispersant for increasing the dispersibility of the inorganic filler in the matrix resin with the inorganic filler at a centrifugal acceleration of 1G or higher to graft the dispersant to the inorganic filler and a step of mixing the inorganic filler grafted with the dispersant with the matrix resin.
