A first executing unit executes, among tasks included in a first workflow, a first task group including one or more tasks using a resource. When a task included in the first task group is stopped, a rollback processing unit restores the resource to its former state prior to the execution of the first task group. After the resource is restored to the former state prior to the execution of the first task group, a second executing unit starts executing, among tasks included in a second workflow, a second task group including one or more tasks using the resource.

1. A computer-readable non-transitory storage medium storing therein a control program that controls execution of a first workflow and a second workflow, the control program causing a computer to execute a procedure comprising:
monitoring execution of the first workflow; identifying a top task of a series of tasks when execution of one of tasks included in the first workflow is stopped, the series of tasks being included in the first workflow, including the stopped task and using a same resource; restoring the resource to a former state thereof prior to the execution of the top task; and starting execution of a task included in the second workflow, using the resource.
