As such, representatives of various clinics may provide and/or modify practice information, physician information and call scripts specific to their respective clinics. Users with publishing permissions, who may be affiliated with the call center, may publish the clinical content. Call center agents may therefore access clinically dynamic content that may be referenced during a call with a patient regarding a specific clinic.
