A chemical strengthening furnace with a bubble generator moving up and down comprises a strengthening furnace; a preheating furnace; a glass stacking jig; a jig driving unit; a bubble generating unit; and a control unit. The chemical strengthening furnace with an upper bubble generator of the present invention uniformly maintains concentration of K+ and Na+ in the upper and lower parts of the strengthening furnace during a pre-strengthening process to maximize the strengthening uniformity of a strengthened glass, be available of attaching and detaching of a gas emitting part of the bubble generator, be available of applying various forms of objects to the same strengthening furnace for maximum production for one batch, be available of processing of various sizes and forms of glasses, and simplify such a gas inflowing management and washing process for bubble generation by inserting and detaching of the gas emitting part from a KNO3 pool of a liquid state in a process starting and finishing step, to have an effect of reducing total process time and making a device maintenance easy. |
