PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated polyolefin resin composition which contains an alternative solvent of toluene and has excellent fluidity at ultra-low temperatures, e.g. -20°C.SOLUTION: A chlorinated polyolefin resin composition comprises a chlorinated polyolefin resin and a solvent, and the solvent comprises at least methylcyclohexane and acetone in a mass ratio of methylcyclohexane/acetone of 70-90/30-10.
