PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, memory controller, and memory system that interrupt a write operation, perform a read operation, and then resume the write operation.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes: a memory cell array that includes memory cells; a sense amplifier (140) that reads or writes data; a register (170) that, if a write operation is interrupted, can hold write data, write voltage, and the threshold distribution of the memory cells at the time of interruption, as information; and a control unit (150) that receives an interruption command and a command requesting a read operation, and receives a resumption command requesting the resumption of the write operation when the read operation is complete. When receiving the interruption command, the control unit causes the register to hold the information; and when receiving the resumption command, it resumes the write operation on the basis of the information held by the register. |
