PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection member which is prevented from deteriorating and thus allows long-term use of a light-emitting device, and to provide a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes a light source, a base material, material particles, and a reflection member. The light source emits illumination light. The base material is a white base material having a photocatalytic action, which is exhibited in response to the illumination light, and being provided with recesses and projections on its surface. The material particles adhere to the recesses on the surface of the base material, are made of a material different from the base material, and act to inhibit the photocatalytic action of the base material. The base material provided with the material particles is mixed in the reflection member. |
