Provided is an electroacoustic conversion film having a thin film electrode at both surfaces of a polymer composite piezoelectric body resulting from dispersing piezoelectric body particles in a viscoelastic matrix comprising a polymer material having viscoelasticity at room temperature, and having a protection layer on the thin film electrode, wherein connecting to wires by means of soldering is possible when leading out an electrode from the thin film electrode. The present invention has an electrode lead-out metal foil laminated to the thin film electrode.
