The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an air-conditioning device for a vehicle, the air-conditioning device having no structural waste and having high scalability. This air-conditioning device for a vehicle is configured so that an air-conditioning device body (8) has a first outer case (31) and a second outer case (32), which are halved. A second space-forming member (36) for forming a second space section (35) is provided within the air-conditioning device body (8). The second space-forming member (36) is installed within both the first outer case (31) and the second outer case (32) in such a manner that the second space section (35) is located within a first space section (9) and in such a manner that the second space section (35) faces a second opening (12) formed in the air-conditioning device body (8). Further, the second space-forming member (36) is adapted to be supported within both the first outer case (31) and the second outer case (32) by an air flow passage-forming wall section (37) which forms an air flow passage.
