A display panel (10), comprising: a first substrate, a first polaroid (11) on the first substrate, a second substrate, a second polaroid (12) on the second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer (15) between the first substrate and the second substrate, and further comprising a pixel electrode, a common electrode, a first orientation layer, and a gate line (1) all formed on the first substrate; at least one of the pixel electrode and the common electrode is a comb electrode (2); the transmitting axis of the first polaroid (11) is parallel to a line in the orientation direction of the first orientation layer, and is perpendicular to the transmitting axis of the second polaroid (12); the straight line in the orientation direction of the first orientation layer and the gate line form a preset angle greater than 0° and less than 90°. The display panel can achieve a relatively good 3D viewing angle.
