The present invention provides a glass-ceramic composite material that is suitable for use in low-temperature baking and that combines high resistance to humidity and high thermal conductivity. A glass-ceramic composite material containing aluminum nitride (AlN) particles as filler, wherein even when boron trioxide (B2O3) is mixed in as a glass-phase fusing agent, the raw material composition forming the glass phase satisfies specific conditions, whereby crystalline phases including boron (B) are separated during baking of the glass-ceramic composite material, and reduction in resistance to humidity resulting from the boron trioxide (B2O3) is suppressed. |
