摘要 <p>This open-circuit voltage estimation method is an open-circuit voltage estimation method having an estimation process, said estimation process comprising a discharging step, a post-discharging stopping step, a charging step, and a post-charging stopping step, wherein in the post-discharging stopping step, the voltage of a secondary battery is acquired and stored at a prescribed time interval; in the post-charging stopping step, the voltage of the secondary battery is successively acquired and stored at the same time interval as that of the post-discharging stopping step; the average X(i) of an ith voltage that is the last voltage acquired in the post-charging stopping step and the ith voltage acquired in the post-discharging stopping step and the average X(j) of voltages acquired before the ith voltage in both the post-discharging stopping step and post-charging stopping step are calculated; and if the difference between average X(i) and average X(j) is below a threshold, the open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery is estimated to be average X(i).</p>
