<p>In order to operate a waterworks facility appropriately and to achieve a peak cut in the power consumption of the facility, an operation planning system for a waterworks facility has: a demand prediction unit that predicts the consumer water demand; an input device to which a target power consumption timeline for the waterworks facility is input; a target power consumption trajectory calculation unit that references constraint conditions according to the waterworks facility, corrects the target power consumption timeline for the power consumption that has been input, and calculates a corrected target power consumption timeline; and an operation plan formulation unit that formulates an operation plan for the waterworks facility based on the predicted consumer water demand, so as to satisfy the corrected target power consumption timeline that has been calculated.</p> |
