<p>A packaging material is configured so that packaged objects are stably affixed by preventing the packaged objects from coming out of the packaging material due to shock, etc. A packaging material (10) is used to package into a storage case (1), objects (P, P, ...) to be packaged which are arranged side by side in one direction (D) in a raised position. The packaging material (10) supports or holds the objects (P, P, ...) to be packaged, and a fastening band (40) extends along the outer side of the packaging material (10). The packaging material (10) has formed therein a groove (22) which extends in one direction and through which the fastening band (40) is passed. The bottom surface of the groove (22) comprises a flat surface (23) formed at the center in the one direction and also comprises sloped surfaces (24) continuously sloped relative to the flat surface (23) from the opposite ends of the flat surface to the opposite ends of the groove (22). Preferably, the sloped surfaces (24) each comprise sloped surfaces (24a, 24b) having different gradients. Also preferably, the packaging material (10) is provided with a reinforcing plate material (30) which is inserted through the groove (22) along the bottom surface thereof.</p> |
