摘要 <p>Disclosed is a construction method, which divides the bottom of a standard floor into several work zones; marks out concrete slabs on the floor surface from the zones on one side to the zones on the other side; installs steel bars for posts; installs forms for posts; installs forms for walls; installs supporting posts; arranges and assembles slab forms and steel bars for building the bottom of the upper floor; and then places concrete in the order of the zones in which works have been completed, thereby building the upper floor only in two days after placing concrete on the standard floor. The construction method is capable of quickly obtaining a satisfactory strength early within a desired time period by adding a high-early-strength admixture in the concrete, and capable of remarkably reducing the construction period for one floor by maximally reducing work elements and time required for each process necessary for the construction. The key point of the construction method is a process management system that breaks the existing ideas about the way of managing the construction works and optimizes the management of form-boards. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the construction period for one floor, for which it usually takes five to ten days, down to two days, thereby significantly improving labor productivity. In addition, it is possible to remarkably reduce indirect costs, financial expenses, and the like due to the reduction of the construction period, thereby greatly improving business performance of the owner of a building to be constructed.</p>
