Embodiments of the present invention provide a charging method, an access device, and a charging device. The charging method is used for charging an access requesting terminal, comprising: receiving a payment website indication from a charging device, the payment website indication being used for indicating a payment website associated with a terminal; collecting traffic generated by accessing the payment website by the terminal; and reporting the collected access traffic to the charging device, so that the charging device charges, according to the access traffic, an account corresponding to the payment website. The embodiments of the present invention further provide the access device and the charging device. In the embodiments of the present invention, a payment website accessed by a terminal can pay for traffic generated by accessing the payment website by the terminal, satisfying a requirement for paying, by a website accessed by a user instead of by the user, communication expense generated in a website access process. |
